- Arrange and attend all viewings
We will carefully select and evaluate tenants for your property. We insist on written references from a prior landlord showing letting history. We promise to verbally check all tenants’ references. We insist on additional employer and bank references, if necessary.
- Prepare the lease agreement
- Set up standing orders
- Collection of first month's rent and security deposit
- Transfer utilities to tenants' names
- Register you with the PRTB (Private Residential Tenancies Board)
